When we signed up, we were promised overdraft protection in our initial application. We've been banking with First Federal for years then it was purchased by One West Bank. I've asked over and over for overdraft protection because it continues to be dishonored, as if it doesn't exist. Yet the brochures and literature promise it. We have two accounts; there are fees totaling over $5000.00 since the inception of these accounts in such charges. Even when a deposit is made, funds will be held and fees charged.
