Huuuge Inc named in class action lawsuit for violating state prohibitions on gambling

Huuuge Inc

Defendant Huuuge owns and operates a video game development company in the “casual games” industry— computer games designed to appeal to a mass audience of casual gamers. Amongst the games Defendant owns and operates is a popular online casino under the name Huuuge Casino.

In Huuuge Casino, Defendant offers a multitude of electronic versions of slot machines to consumers. Huuuge Casino is available on Android, Apple iOS, and Amazon devices. Defendant provides a bundle of free “chips” to first-time visitors of its online casino that can be used to wager on its games. After consumers inevitably lose their initial allotment of chips, Huuuge attempts to sell them additional chips starting at $4.99 for 100,000,000 chips. Without chips, consumers cannot play the gambling game.

Freshly topped off with additional chips, consumers wager to win more chips. The chips won by consumers playing Defendant’s games of chance are identical to the chips that Defendant sells. Thus, by wagering 100,000,000 chips that were purchased for $4.99, consumers have the chance to win hundreds of thousands of additional chips that they would otherwise have to purchase.

As alleged, by operating its online casino, Defendant has violated Washington law and illegally profited from tens of thousands of consumers.

Huge has destroyed my finances. They have incorrectly charged my credit card Thousands of dollars and refuse to communicate with me to resolve the issue. Not only that but the obvious change in their platform makes not only myself but as I’ve read many others feel they’ve been duped. Players such as myself who have developed a high ranking account and then are forced to abandon it should be compensated

Huuge has changed how they allow you to play - the games take chips very quickly and the games take way more than they give - way toooo greedy - no longer fun - I have a level 1350 account and Huuge takes it faster then I can win -I have bought chips only to lose them very quickly

I would like to speak with a lawyer about my issues with huge casino. They have incorrectly charged my account, and I feel that their marketing methods along with micro transactions enabled this massive damage in my life.

As stated Huuuge takes your chips and if you want to continue to play, you must buy chips. They have daily promotions of chip deals. Fir example , you might have a $29.99. $39.99 or $59.99 and ic you choose to buy the $59.99, they then take the other offers out. They then, up the offers to $59.99, $79.99 or $99.99. They just want more of your money. They are always updating and taking away any of all perks. And then the issue of your credit card, they'll take the amount off and then 2 weeks later they'll hit your card again. They're are really upsetting their customers.

Huuuge has stolen chips from me and refuses to make amends with me... I was playing and had over 2 billion in legitimate chips that I had one and all of a sudden they just disappeared and the support told me that it was a glitch in my display that I should have never had those chips...ive spent tons of money on this game and feel very taken advantage of by a company that does not care about its customers.
