Google, Yahoo, Apple and others investigated re antitrust conspiracy

The Justice Department started an investigation into whether the recruiting practices of some of the largest technology companies, including Apple, Google and Yahoo, violated antitrust laws.  The investigation purportedly focuses on whether the companies involved agreed to not actively recruit employees from each other.
